Neosho man sought after running, escaping into woods on foot after Seneca Police traffic stop

On 11/7/19, Officer Housley initiated a traffic stop at Washington/St. Louis on a moving violation. The vehicle did not pull over and a pursuit began.

The suspect continued to the area of Condor and Maple where the driver, Terry Jo Boyer, Neosho, exited the vehicle and ran into the woods. 

Boyer is wanted on several warrants: (1) Felony warrant for DWI out of Newton County, (2) Felony warrant for Amphetamine Possession out of Newton County, (3) Felony warrant for Amphetamine Possession out of Jasper County.

If anyone has any information on the location of Mr. Boyer please contact Seneca PD.

On 11/5/19, Officer Fort made a traffic stop at Oneida/Curtain for an equipment violation. 

The driver, Jeanne Hernandez had a warrant out of Newton County for FTA DWR. Hernandez was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 11/3/19, Officer Kirby was on patrol and was flagged down by a man needing assistance. The individual identified as Vincent Patton, needed a ride due to being left behind by his friends. 

After Officer Kirby ran his ID it came back that Patton had a warrant out of Jasper County for Possession of Controlled Substance. Patton was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 11/2/19, Officer Kirby made a traffic stop at HWY 43/HWY U for an equipment violation. 

The passenger, Jacob Scribner had an outstanding warrant for FTA for Dangerous Drugs out of Jasper County. Scribner was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.
