Jasper County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report
12/19/2020 Nathan L Spence 23 of Webb City, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Fail to Register Motor Vehicle.
12/19/2020 Damien E Sopcich 29 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th Degree.
12/20/2020 Anthony M Owings 48 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Fugitive From Justice.
12/20/2020 Anthony J Bertoncino 25 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
12/22/2020 David W Morgan 63 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Certain Offenders Living Within 1000 Feet of School and Fail to Update Sex Offender Registry.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
