A Carthage man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 5:35 p.m. Wednesday on Route K six miles east of Jasper.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Honda motorcycle driven by Malcolm E. Robertson, 20, Carthage, struck a deer in the roadway and overturned.
Robertson was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
