A Seneca man was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 4:50 p.m. Wednesday on Route D at Boulder City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Jeep Liberty driven by Ricky A. Moon, 60, Seneca, traveled off the roadway and struck a road sign and a creek bed.
Moon, who was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was also cited for careless and imprudent driving, no insurance and no seat belt.
