According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1998 Dodge Durango driven by Clifford B. Schroeder, 59, Bella Vista, Arkansas, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a fence.
Schroeder was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital in Bella Vista.
