3/13/2015 @ 11:10 pm, Gerald G. Myers, 37 of Webb City, was arrested for DWI and Resisting Detention by Fleeing.

3/14/2015 @ 2:45 am, David a. Martsolf, 26 of Joplin, was arrested for Fugitive From Out of State.

3/14/2015 @ 5:45 pm, Travis R. Flowers, 26 of Carthage, was arrested for Fugitive From Justice.

3/14/2015 @ 10:05 pm, Colin M. Jones, 26 of Carl Junction, was arrested for DWI. 3/14/2015 @ 10:20 pm, Joshua L. Skelton, 40 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI and Driving While Revoked.

3/14/2015 @ 11:55 pm, Glen J. Murphy Jr., 70 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd .

3/15/2015 @ 1:45 am, Lee Yang, 27 of Diamond, was arrested for Murder 2nd, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, armed Criminal Action and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
