Woman injured after failure to get ass off the road

A Jane woman was injured in a car-donkey collision 6:40 a.m. Friday two miles west of Jane.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Nissan Sentra driven by Erica D. Stienfurth, 36, Noel, struck a donkey in the roadway.

Stienfurth was treated for minor injuries at the Dr. Hill Clinic in Pineville.

The report does not indicate whether the donkey was insured.

    I should have known when I saw the word "ass." I immediately started giggling. Thanks for the afternoon laugh. However, it wasn't funny trying to get this comment on here. It was a Payne, since I obviously do not belong to the groups that allow me to post who I am. But you will know.
