On March 11, 2015, at 3:53 AM, Joplin Police Officers responded to an alarm at Joplin Lawn and Garden, 1014 S. Joplin Ave.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that forcible entry had been made through the front glass door of the building. Officers surrounded the building and determined that there was a person inside the building.
Officers made entry into the business and located Scott D. Ballantne, 2001 S. Moffet Ave., Joplin, Mo. Ballantne was arrested for 2nd Degree Burglary.
