A Monett man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 3:10 a.m. today on Highway 86, six miles east of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by Blake Pugh, 23, Monett, left the roadway, overturned, and struck a fence.
Pugh and a passenger, Dillon A. Pugh, 23, Monett, were treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
In addition to DWI, Blake Pugh was charged with no insurance and careless and imprudent driving.
