A Granby woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a three-vehicle accident 10:35 a.m. today on Highway 60, a tenth of a mile east of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Dodge Charger driven by Leandra M. Johnson, 35, Granby, crossed the center line and struck a 2005 International tractor-trailer unit driven by Benji L. Tandy, 38, Goodman, and then sideswiped a 1999 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Jennifer S. Brock, 36, Neosho.
Johnson, who was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was charged with DWI (drugs involved) and careless and imprudent driving.
