4/22/2015 @ 1:55 am, Shawn D. Chew, 51 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI.
The charge for which the above was arrested is a mere accusation and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charge must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
