4/10/2015 @ 1:30 pm, Briana Maness, 17 of Carl Junction, was arrested for Stealing.

4/10/2015 @ 3:35 pm, Tina R. Boyer, 45 of Joplin, was arrested for Aiding a Sex Offender.

4/10/2015 @ 3:35 pm, Gary P. Friend, 49 of Joplin, was arrested for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender.

4/10/2015 @ 8:10 pm, Joshua Tramel, 31 of Carthage, was arrested for Tampering 2nd, Stealing, Driving While Revoked, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Sexual Misconduct.

4/10/2015 @ 10:15 pm, John E. Ross, 49 of Carl Junction, was arrested for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender.

4/10/2015 @ 10:25 pm, Harley D. Schmohe, 24 of Galena, KS, was arrested for Driving While Suspended.

4/12/2015 @ 12:35 am, Jared N. White, 24 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI and Resisting Arrest.

4/12/2015 @ 3:25 am, Michael C. Turner, 29 of Carthage, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

4/12/2015 @ 3:25 am, Matthew P. Goodman, 29 of Carthage, was arrested for Child Neglect.

4/12/2015 @ 10:30 am, Bobby B. Masters, 37 of Carthage, was arrested for Introduction of a Controlled Substance into a Jail, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Driving While Revoked.

4/12/2015 @ 11:20 am, Kimberly Oliver, 48 of Webb City, was arrested for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device.

4/12/2015 @ 8:50 pm, Patricia G. Clark, 35, and Dena F. Clark, 66, both of Joplin, were arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd .

4/12/2015 @ 11:30 pm, Daniel J. Rosiere, 29 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI.

4/13/2015 @ 3:35 pm, Jerry R. Franks, 45 of Joplin, was arrested for Felony Fugitive From Justice.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
