A Warsaw man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 7:45 a.m. today on I-49, four miles north of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Larry E. Hayes, 44, Warsaw, driving a 2005 Toyota Camry, lost control of the vehicle in heavy rain, went off the road and struck a tree.
Hayes was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
