Agenda posted for MSSU Board of Governors meeting

The Board of Governors at Missouri Southern State University will meet at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, in the Boardroom (Room 310) of Billingsly Student Center.

In addition to the board’s regular meeting, members will have ALICE (which stands for Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) training conducted by University Police Chief Ken Kennedy at 9 a.m. A meeting of the budget audit committee will follow at 10:30 a.m. in Room 356 of BSC.

  1. Could someone explain to me what the "Yours to Lose" slogan means? I don't know much about PR, but I can't imagine that you would ever want to send out a message about "losing" and "losers."
