The Joplin Police Department is needing assistance in locating Talisha Reavis, white female, 18 years of age, 5'07", 200 lbs, blue eyes, blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing a white parka type coat, black and white long sleeve shirt, black legging pants, black boots and a red/gray hat.
Talisha has been reported as a missing/endangered person after she ran away from home based care facility near 26th and Pennsylvania in Joplin.
Talisha has a severely diminished mental capacity and other medical conditions. If you have any information regarding Talisha's location, please contact the Joplin Police Department at 417-623-3131.
