A Diamond teen was injured in a two-vehicle accident 7:30 p.m. today at Aspen Road, seven miles north of Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Chevrolet Impala driven by Jazmyn J. Kidd 16, Diamond crossed the center lane and struck a 2002 Acura driven by Catherine M. Johnson 71 Sarcoxie.
A passenger in the Kidd vehicle, Jerrica Brown, 16, Diamond, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
