The Highway Patrol arrested a Joplin man on multiple charges 5:13 p.m. Saturday in Newton County.
According to the report, David D. Houdyshell III was charged with speeding, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, careless and imprudent driving, failure to signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, no insurance, and resisting arrest by fleeing.
