* WIND...SOUTHERLY AT 25 TO 35 MPH AND GUSTS OVER 40 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AFTERNOON HUMIDITY LEVELS FROM THE LOW 20S TO LOW TO
  LOW 30S.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL
  COMBINE TO RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS DURING THE
  AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. FIRES CAN SPREAD QUICKLY WITH
  STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS

STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND WARM TEMPERATURES CAN
CONTRIBUTE TO EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR.
