The Joplin Police Department is needing help locating Joshua Dial.
He is 20 years old 5'8" tall and weighs 191 pounds. Joshua suffers from several medical issues. He was last seen at his home at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon leaving his home wearing blue jeans, a red t-shirt, and tennis shoes. He may have been around the mall at 3 pm.
