A Carthage teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10 p.m. Sunday on Cherry Road, one mile north of Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Pontiac G6 driven by Kensey J. Sageser, 17, Carthage, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a fence and a steel gate.
A passenger, Kesley S. Lyons, 18, Carthage, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital, Carthage.
