Mulberry man arrested on three counts of taking indecent liberties with children

On 08-18-2017 Brandon Lee Buche, 28, Mulberry, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for three counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child under the age of 14. The arrest was a result of two separate investigations by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and Arma Police Department involving three victims. Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office determined that there was probable cause to believe that Buche committed the aforementioned crimes on several occasions between late 2011 and early 2017

Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child is defined by K.S.A. 21-5506 as any lewd fondling or touching of the person of either the child or the offender, done or submitted to with the intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desires of either the child, or the offender, or both. The crime is an off-grid person felony.

Brandon Lee Buche is presumed innocent unless and until the allegations against him are proved beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Buche is being held on $250,000 bond, pending formal charges.
