Man intentionally hit by car on E. 32nd, suffers broken ankle

Incident Report

Overnight, a male was located in the 2700 block of E 32nd. He said he had been intentionally hit with a vehicle. 

The victim didn't want police assistance. He was transported to a local hospital by ambulance for treatment of a probable broken ankle.
