Three people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:40 a.m. today on Douglas Fir Road, three miles south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Toyota Corolla driven by Ernest Carera, 40, Carthage, traveled off the right side of the road and overturned several times.
Carera and a passenger, Lyndsey J. Rosson, 32, Joplin, were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin. Another passenger, Morgan L. Bowman, 22, Joplin was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
