Joplin Fire Department announces promotions

Congratulations Daniel Jobe and Justice Gannaway on being promoted to the rank of Captain.
Captain Jobe will be assigned to Station 1 A Shift and Captain Gannaway will be assigned to Station 1 C Shift.
