Neosho residents injured in accident near Seneca

Two Neosho residents were injured in a two-vehicle collision 3:20 p.m. Sunday on Palm Drive at U. S. 60, three miles east of Seneca.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Subaru Outback driven by Franklin D. Copeland, 81, Neosho, and a 2000 Ford F-150 driven by Lea A. Brown, 42, Sapulpa, Oklahoma, collided on the slick roadway.

Copeland a passenger in his vehicle, Margaret L. Copeland, 75, Neosho, were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
