2/9/18 Andrea Thompson, 40 of Webb City, was arrested for Driving While Revoked.

2/10/18 James M. Shipley Jr., 50 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI, Speed and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

2/11/18 Paul D. Shoumake, 49 of Carthage, was arrested for Fail to Yield to Emergency Vehicle, Fail to Drive on the Right Half, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

2/12/18 Diana L. Vittetoe, 53 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI.

2/13/18 Donald Chasten, 58 of Joplin, was arrested for Fugitive From Justice.

2/13/18 Jeremy F. Diel, 36 of Neosho, was arrested for Fugitive From Justice.

2/14/18 Trevis Moss, 52 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
