12/14/2018 Richard M Miller 48 of Galena, KS was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated - Persistent
Offender.
12/14/2018 John A Smith 41 of Springfield, MO was arrested for Tampering 1st Degree.
12/15/2018 Adam D Brinegar 31 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Careless and Imprudent Driving and
Resisting Arrest.
12/15/2018 Laqueta S Elmore 34 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Fail to Maintain
Proof of Insurance and Fail to display Lit Lamps when required.
12/15/2018 Madison O Santmyer 21 of Columbia, SC was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving
While Suspended.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence
in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to
determine guilt or innocence.
