DISCUSSION... While the heavy rain has ended...localized flooding of flood prone areas will continue into the evening as runoff continues. Wind chills will drop into the upper single digits to the lower teens tonight into Tuesday morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Wind chills in the single digits are expected during the late night and early morning hours through Wednesday morning. A light wintry mix will fall from Wednesday night into Friday morning...with the precipitation changing over to rain for a period Thursday.
