12/17/2018 Katherine J Mallonee 45 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
12/18/2018 Ricky D Cook 30 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Tampering 1st Degree, Resisting Arrest and
False Impersonation.
12/20/2018 Theophilus J Rodriguez 34 of Jasper, MO was arrested for Assault 1st Degree.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty
is to determine guilt or innocence.
