Weather hazards expected... Limited flooding risk.
DISCUSSION... Rain will slowly come to an end tonight across south-central Missouri. There is a limited potential that a few low water crossings may experience minor flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Brisk and gusty northwest winds can be expected on Friday with gusts between 30 and 40 mph. Locally elevated fire weather conditions may also develop in the afternoon. Brisk and gusty southerly winds are then expected for Sunday. An unsettled period is expected from late Sunday into the middle portion of next week. Several chances for thunderstorms will exist during the period.
