A Lamar man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 4:25 p.m. Friday on Route T, four miles east of Lamar.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1987 Honda Goldwing motorcycle driven by Thomas R. Reed, 76, Lamar, was stopped waiting to make a left turn when it was struck in the rear by a 2004 Ford Ranger pickup driven by Megan L. Miller, 16, Lamar.
Reed was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
