According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Ford Ranger driven by Raymond J. Farley, 55, Prairie Grove, traveled off the roadway and struck a guard rail.
Farley was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.

Arkansas man injured in accident on I-44 near Fidelity
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Ford Ranger driven by Raymond J. Farley, 55, Prairie Grove, traveled off the roadway and struck a guard rail.
