9/5/2020 Nygel C Young 22 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated - Persistent Offender, Resisting Arrest, Endangering Welfare of Child 1st Degree and Driving While Suspended. 

9/5/2020 Toni R Stephens 25 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting Arrest. 

9/5/2020 Adrian L Smith 45 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance. 

9/5/2020 Jennifer L Sullivan 38 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

9/6/2020 Richard R Harper III 31 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Physical Evidence. 

9/7/2020 Steven D Colson 37 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Violation Order of Protection. 

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
