According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Chrysler 300 driven by Brian L. Neale, 53, Asbury, drove off the right side of the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned.
Neale, who was also cited for careless and imprudent driving, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
