According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Dodge Caliber driven by Theresa J. Funderburk, 18, Carthage, traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a tree and overturned.
Funderburk was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
