Joplin Farmers Market provides area citizens with a great opportunity to support local vendors while enjoying produce freshly harvested from area farmers.
This year the Market will open on Thursday, June 5, and be located at Ewert Park located just north of 7th Street on Murphy Boulevard. The Farmers Market will be open from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. every Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays throughout the summer. Citizens are encouraged to stop by and support local vendors.
There is no fee this year to be a vendor in the Joplin Farmers Market, and interested parties may contact Paul Bloomberg in the Joplin Parks and Recreation office at 417-625-4750.
