COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-260 - AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by theCouncil of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District R-1 and including in District C-0 property as described below and located south of 32^nd Street between Central City Road and John Duffy Drive in the City of Joplin, Jasper and Newton Counties, Missouri.

3. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-261 - AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District M-2 and including in District C-3 property as described below and located at 3215 East 20^th Street in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

4. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-408 - AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to amend an Agreement with St. Bernard Project dba Rebuild Joplin (Rebuild Joplin) to provide additional funding in the amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) to provide administrative services related to Joplin Homeowner Rehabilitation Program through the 2012 Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery fund, authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement for the City.

5. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-509 - AN ORDINANCE  approving the delivery of not to exceed  $2,100,000 principal amount of the City of Joplin, Missouri Certificates of Participation, Series 2014, for the purpose of providing funds to finance the costs of capital projects for the City; and authorizing certain other actions in connection with the delivery of the certificates.

6. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-510 - AN ORDINANCE approving the Hope Valley Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan, establishing a redevelopment area, and designating Hope Valley Development Group, Inc., as the developer of Redevelopment Project I.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2014-014 - A RESOLUTION recognizing Mitch Randles upon his retirement from active service as the Fire Chief within the City of Joplin Fire Department.

1. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-019 - AN ORDINANCE approving a Tax Increment Financing Funding Agreement by and between RKS Development, LLC, the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Joplin, Missouri, and the City of Joplin, Missouri; authorizing the Mayor to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

2. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-152 - AN ORDINANCE approving an agreement with Tri-State EngineeringInc. in the amount of Thirty Five Thousand One Hundred Thirty Five and no/100 ($35,135.00) for project management and relocation assistance services, as part of the Voluntary Flood Buyout Project; and, containing an emergency clause.

           

3. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-512 - AN ORDINANCE approving the transfer of property interests in the 1717 Market Place Tax Increment Financing Plan Redevelopment Area; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-513 AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement to Transfer Repayment Rights by and between the City of Joplin and WBB, LLC for the 1717 Market Place Tax Increment Financing Plan; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.
