Two people were injured in an accident 2:40 p.m. Friday on MO 86, two miles east of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Ford Taurus driven by Dana Zarazua, 21, Neosho, was stopped for a mail carrier when it was struck from behind by a 2013 Kia Soul driven by Joy M. Laurie, 48, Granby.
Zarazua was treated for minor injuries and Laurie for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
