Earlier in the year, Joplin Parks and Recreation launched a survey to learn how golfers perceive the Schifferdecker Golf Course. The Schifferdecker Golf Course survey is still in the collection phase and Parks staff encourages users of the golf course to submit their input by completing the questionnaire.
The survey is available by clicking on the link at the end of this story. A link to the survey is also on the Schifferdecker Golf Course webpage. In addition, golfers can take the survey at the Schifferdecker Course clubhouse by filling out a printed copy or taking the survey online.
This survey is administered online by the National Golf Foundation as part of their GolfSat program. The survey been used to gather customer feedback from over 565,000 golfers at more than 840 courses nationwide. It is one of the few surveys to offer performance benchmarks which allow City staff to compare customer satisfaction at Schifferdecker Golf Course with customer satisfaction at similar golf courses.
