The Joplin Police Department is attempting to locate Jessica Whitlock-Palmer. Jessica is 27 years of age.
She is 5’03” tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Her photograph is attached. Jessica was last seen 11/08/15 in Joplin. She drives a white 2006 Honda Pilot, Missouri license HJ1-P3N.
If anyone knows her whereabouts, they are asked to contact the Joplin Police Department.
