A Neosho woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 1:38 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 86, one mile west of Fairview.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Kia Soul driven by Pandora A. Blankenship, 65, Neosho, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a culvert.
Blankenship was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
