The Highway Patrol arrested Robert Charlton, 37, Joplin, 12:05 a.m. today in Newton County on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Charlton was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and two warrants for failure to appear, one in Jasper County on larceny and one in Newton County for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hmmm... I wonder if it's the devils weed?
