There will be a south bound lane shift on Illinois Ave between 9th and 10th Street starting on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The project is due to Missouri Gas Energy installing their cathartic protection of the main service line along Illinois near the railroad tracks.
