Starting Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. 4th Street will be closed from Virginia Ave to Pennsylvania Ave. and again in Friday, August 12, 2016 from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the same location. The closure is due to Missouri American Water repairing an emerging water leak.
