8/6/17 Codey D. Burris, 28 of Pittsburg, was arrested for Tampering 1st.
8/10/17 Blake J. Engelage, 37 of Joplin was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th.
8/11/17 Terry W. Powell, 59 of Carthage, was arrested for Assault 3rd
– Special Victim-D Felony,
Resisting or Interfering with Arrest, and Fugitive From Justice.
8/12/17 Nathan R. Brown, 21 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 2nd.
8/13/17 Roberto L. Guzman, 32 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 2nd.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
