8/8/17 Jordan H. Tompkins, 24 of Joplin, was arrested for Property Damage and Endangering the
Welfare of a Child 2nd.
The charges for which the above was arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
