Prior to City Council meeting Monday night , Police Chief Matt Stewart presented four officers for promotions within the Joplin Police Department.
Promoted to Corporal were Rusty Comer and Tyler Christensen: Luke Stahl was promoted to Sergeant; and Trevor Duncan was promoted to Captain.
