Freeman Health System announces the addition of Dr. Muhammad Muneeb to Freeman Kidney Center. As a nephrologist, Dr. Muneeb specializes in kidney diseases and kidney care.
After earning his medical degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan, Dr. Muneeb completed his residency in internal medicine at University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kan. He then completed a fellowship in nephrology and hypertension at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
“The patient is the captain of the team,” said Dr. Muneeb. “I’m just here to guide them and recommend the best available treatment. I will use my experience, training and knowledge to provide quality care so patients don’t have to travel far away to receive it.”
