The bridge is getting closer every day. In getting closer to being done.
I want to give some people a warning. The bridge is under surveillance, do not move barricades and do not attempt to drive around the barricades or over the bridge. The area is still under construction, there are a lot of construction debris, including wire and nails in the roadway.
If we find anyone moving barricades we will cite them, if we find anyone trying to drive over the bridge, we will cite and arrest.
No one is more anxious to get this bridge completed that we are, it has been a strain for us to help protect you and your property, please have patience, it will be done soon, and I believe it will be before the first of October.
