Incident Spotlight
Yesterday evening at 7:23 p.m. officers responded to disturbance with a weapon at 421 West 3rd.
The male caller said his girlfriend had charged him with an ax and a knife. After a physical altercation, he was able to disarm her of both.
Officers arrested the 33-year-old female for 2nd degree domestic assault. (felony)
Ultimately, the male was arrested for city obstruction as he hid the ax and lied to officers during the investigation.
